Hello, I signed up to BT through TopCashBack for Fibre broadband (around £80 cashback expected) the order didn’t track so I have submitted a missing cashback claim however top cashback keep asking me for a AJM/BTC reference. I have checked my initial email from BT and the order on myBT app however I am unable to find anything apart from a VOL number that they won’t accept. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
