I moved over to BT Mobile back in April and went though TopCashback site before purchasing.
This came back a month later as declined with no reason given and I immediately raised a claim through TopCashBack.
Having looked at similar scenarios with others my issue appears to have been the same as upon checking more recently it was raised as a BT Broadband claim. As I had already raised a claim I contacted TopCashBack who explained this was likely to be the reason it was declined and this would be picked up as part of the claim process.
My issues is this was two months ago (3 months since I signed up) and still I’ve received no update...
Is there anyway of raising this directly with BT as the length of time seems incredible.
