TopCashback Purchase has not tracked

Hello.  I went through topcashback to order BT superfast broadband on 16November (£80 cashback) . I opened a claim with topcashback as it didn’t track. Topcashback have said "The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction." This must be an error as I went through topcashback to purchase the superfast broadband. I've never had any other issues with topcashback before. 

Can you please help?

Hi @FelixSantos,

I'm sorry your order hasn't tracked. If cashback tracks back to BT, your order reference should normally begins with the letters AJM or BTC.

What does your order reference start with?

Hi Stephanie, Paddy,
I would also report to you I have the same problem whereby my new order ref beginning with AJM has not tracked on TopCashback. I have also followed the careful steps, clearing cookies prior to order and separate window but there's been no update.
Are you able to refer my details to your Promotions Team to investigate also, as £115 is a lot to lose out and I may need to cancel my order and start again to redeem the offer.
