TopCashback claim rejected!

Hi,

TopCashback have declined the claim saying that they wasn’t the claimant, another company was? When I done it through them.

Sorry that your cashback has been declined.  You need to raise this directly with TopCashBack.  You can do so here >Why has my cash back been declined?  What can I do?<

Hi Robbie,

I have they’ve said they can’t chase it any further as they are not the claimant for the cash back someone else was? So I would need this chasing up please.

Hi @Sean52d,

I'm sorry to hear that the claim was rejected. From what TCB have said to you, it sounds like you had other windows open during the ordering process. Did you have any other referral sites open?

I've sent a request off to our specialist team who investigate these claims. They should be able to tell me where the order has been tracked from. They can take up to 5 working days to get back to me. Once they do, I will be in touch.
