TopCashback still pending after 10 weeks

Hi I took out a bt package on the 16th of April 2018 and used TopCashback to claim £85 back. It’s been over 10 weeks (on site it says estimated payeable is 8 weeks) and have had no update since.
Saw a lot of people have had similar issues.


If anyone could help that would be great.

Can you confirm the 1st 3 letters of your order reference were AJM?

@Rheapaterson I called there but missed you so left a message, I'm sorry about the delay with your cashback .I've identified the the problem and have raised this with our cashback team and as soon as they get back to me with an update I'll give you a call.

@Rheapaterson I called there but missed you so left a message on your voicemail, the cashback team have confirmed that they have authorised your cashback payment with Topcashback and this will be with you in the next 30 days.
