Topcashbacj

Ordered broadband via topcashback on 11/04/18, installed 21/05/18. Cash back still only pending? Contacted bt via chat twice no help at all. Anyone else not having casback paid by bt.

Hi @Q8283892 Sorry you have not received your cashback yet. Have you raised a support ticket with TCB yet. If not you should raise this and once they get back to you drop back and let us know how you got on.

Hi, I have raised two support tickets. The first being over two weeks ago. All I get is a standard response too wait as topcashback can not progress my query?
