I ordered phone and broadband in August through topcashback to claim £116.15. However due to problems with BT they cancelled my order then reorded it. As of this my cahsback has been syaying pending for weeks. I contacted topcashback in November and they said they were chasing the retailer's affiliate network regarding cashback payment. However this week it is now saying it has been declined. Could any moderators help with this as I think it is unfair I have not recieved the cashback when it was not my fault the order was cancelled.
