Topcashback Reduced on BT Mobile

I ordered a new BT mobile phone via the Topcashback website. The TCB package stated £73.50 for contracts upto £39.99 per month - I opted for a £40 contract, discounted to £35 because I have BT Broadband.

 

I placed the order on 7.11.2016 but the cashback didn't track immediately. On 14.11.2016 I put in a claim on the Topcashback website and today (15.11.2016) I got an email telling me I had cashback.

 

However, I only got £52.50 which is the current rate of cashback which has reduced since I placed my order - surely this isn't right ?

I don't know who to contact, BT or Topcashback.

@jimboknowsnowt Thanks for posting, you'll need to contact Topcashback to dispute that.

Thanks for your response @NeilO.

I've just visited the Topcashback website to see how to raise a support ticket but had a quick look at my account first.

 

The BT cashback has now increased to £73.50 as it should be.

I don't know who amended it and I haven't been in touch with TCB or BT, but I'm now a happy bunny Smiley Happy
