Took out new broadband package with BT on 29 May 25, cashback initially tracked at £ 76.50. Now status updated on Topcashback as declined? I didn't cancel the package and has been up and running for over a week. How can I resolve this please?
I suspect that it's the Topcashback payback that's been declined, not your BT broadband package. If so it's nothing to do with BT - you need to take it up with Topcashback
Agreed you would need to escalate the issue with Top Cashback although you may have more luck when you are outside of the 14 day cooling off period for the BT contract as all BTs sign up offers can only be claimed once this has passed. It would not surprise me if top cash back have a similar rule
