Signed up from Topcashback to BT website approx two months ago for TV/Broadband/Phone/Mobile, after many phone calls to BT to get my service up and running I am finally there with the package I signed up online for, I cancelled nothing from the original order but BT had to keep doing it due to issues at their end with failed orders due to my phone not being released from SKY , now dismayed that the carrot of £189 has been declined, not sure why but it's nothing that I have done wrong.....does anybody know how I can progress this please ? , it's bad enough being without my services for best part of 4 weeks but not to get the cash back is a little unfair.
Have you contacted Topcashback and asked them why it has been declined? They need to tell you the exact reason. A case needs to be raised with them before we can get it investigated.
