I joined BT in October to take advantage of the Topcashback offer but this has been declined, after sending BT a message I received a phone call telling me it had been declined because BT was not offering cashback on Topcashback at the time (I have proof that they did) and that I had been rewarded via a different referral site but refused to tell me which site it was or what the reward was.
Can anybody please help as the customer service operative who called me just kept telling me she didn't know whenever I asked a question.

What are the first three letters of your sales reference (Not the VOL number)
It it Z60, then you are out of luck.

There was no mention of multiple browsers in the cashback terms unfortunately and I was told by BT on the phone that I have been awarded cashback via a different site but she didn't know which site, hoping someone from BT may see this and tell me where.
