Hi @labrums We had a reply from TopCashBack on the 4th of July to say this had been authorised and processed into your account. As you have not received it we have raised it back to them and asked them to double check and confirm. I'm still awaiting an update on this and will keep you updated. If it does appear in your TCB account in the meantime post back and let me know.
Hi. I still haven’t received anything. Can I check the account it was paid into - username *********. Also I had an email from Topcashback stating that the claim had been denied - not sure how to sort this out?
