Hi @labrums Sorry that this is not resolved yet. I just wanted to update you that TCB are currently investigating where you payment has been applied. As soon as I have a further update from them I'll let you know.

Hi John, I’ve just checked and nothing in the account. I had quite a rude email from TCB who told me not to cancel BT direct as you would have no influence over whether the cashback was paid or not. I sent a fairly direct email back. I had given up on ever receiving the cashback but decided never to use TCB again as I feel they have refused a claim which was due but we are at a stand off. Would you be able to email me the TCB account the cashback is due to be credited as TCB have advised that the claim has not been approved, will not be approved and no cashback is due. Thanks Sally
