Its been one problem after another with my BT order which I put through the Topcashback site.
For whatever reason, BT have declined my cashback....!
To be honest from start to finish my order with BT for Ultrafast broadband has been a nightmare, and now when I finally thought everything was sorted and all working, I get Topcashback decline my cashback offer over over £120.
I have logged this with Topcashback, however its been 4 months since I ordered and I am not willing to wait another load of months to sort this. They have stated it can take 7 months, which is not acceptable.
If there is anyone at BT who can contact me I would appreciate it.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
This usually happens when an order is changed, or cancelled then ordered again. The final order does not match what was sent via Topcashback. This may well be the case.
That's more than likely it, it took 3 months and many missed appointments by BT, and each one they sent me a new VOL order number.
It will be the sales reference that would not match. That begins with AJM or BTC, if it tracked properly. Lets see if the moderator can resolve it.
