I used topcashback to place an order for broadband and everything tracked correctly, due to my line not being activated in a brand new house, i had to wait whilst bt done some stuff internally also involving open reach.
Finally after a month my line was active, and i had working broadband, during this period bt were creating new orders and cancelling some, all done without me placing new orders etc.
I made a point to ask the guy from bt, would my topcashback still work and he confimed all would be fine and sent via a text all my VOL Numbers and sales reference numbers should any issues arrive.
I have just been through a 3 months process with topcashback after my cashback was denied for bt to respond with
"The reason that we have received to support this decision states…
“order cancelled / returned”.
I haven't cancelled or returned anything and currently have the broadband installed and in use in my house.
Can someone please assist?

I'm sorry that your cash back has been declined. It looks like the issue has been caused by the multiple orders that had to be placed to get you up and running. As you have contacted TopCashBack directly about this and you're still no further forward we can pick this up from here.
