I was told my £110 cashback via Topcashback would be payable after 9 weeks. On the Topcashback website it is 'Pending' still and it is coming up for 11 weeks. I would not have taken up this contract if I had known there would be a struggle to get the cashback. Any solutions please?

What date did your order complete?
Have you raised a case with TopCashBack to see why the payment is still pending?
Pending means it's tracked but not approved, you'll need to contact Topcashback first and ask about the delay
Hi and thanks for replying. My order with BT was taken out on 7th December. The switch took place on 22nd December. So maybe the 9 weeks payment is due from the 22nd? I have not raised the issue with Topcashback.
The time would start from the date your service was activated, so it may be a bit early to follow it up, wait until the nine weeks are up.
