Topcashback still pending

Hi there,

I joined BT in September via a topcashback offer for £110 cashback. It has been more than 8 weeks now so can someone here help me as to what to do? Thanks.

Sorry that the Topcashback is still showing as pending.  8 weeks is a long time for it to be pending and you'd think it would have progressed by now.

@Tuckin thanks for sending in your details, I've raised a case with our promotions team and I'll get back to you as soon as they update me. It normally takes 3 or 4 days for them to respond.
