Z60 means that it has not tracked back to TCB, possibly due to you viewing multiple sites, or having more than one browser window open.
There is nothing that the moderators can do about it.
Can you not just give me a new eligible order no.?
This is just a customer to customer forum, the only BT Employees are the moderators. Cashback has to track back to the referring site, to generate a valid order number, in your case that did not happen.
