Tracking order problems

Signed up for broadband and phone line and when I track the order it says pending/awaiting customer. (We can not yet complete the completion date of your order). What does this mean! Is there a problem??

Then its much too soon to see any tracking progress, as it would not have been passed to Openreach yet,  they actually provide the connection.

Give it to the end of the week, and you may see some change.
