Transfer free BT Xbox subscription to another microsoft account

Hi,

I've just accidentally signed up the free XBOX 12 month subscription to my personal account, thinking I could share the account with my family. This looks not to be possible.

Is it possible to transfer this account to another member of my family, by cancelling the existing membership and starting again.
