Trouble upgrading Broadband

Hi, whenever i try to upgrade or change my broadband i keep getting messages telling me they're unable to complete the order even though i'm already on fibre unlimited 1 .

also i seem to have two account numbers and the account number tied to my phone number and line rental is never available to upgrade or buy new broadband packages.

i've been on the same package for a number of years now paying over £50 a month when the same package currently is £39 a month.

also i cant access the deals page from my account.
