Hi I'm currently getting fibre through Plusnet, having been on a FTTP trial and would like to move to BT. When I try to submit an order on the BT web site, it continually fails.
Having spoken to BT, I was told that Plusnet have some open order on the line, which was causing the issue. Plusnet denied this and said the issue was on the BT end. After loads of calls, I was eventually advised by BT to cancel Plusnet and then apply for BT as brand new order (as opposed to any sort of transfer)
I'm worried I'll be without broadband for a while if I do this. Any suggestions please?
