I might be missing something obvious here. Long term BT customer.
I've recently agreed a new two- year BT Broadband contract and am trying to renew my Line Rental Saver, having received the email reminder.
The process involves agreeing to a one-off payment for the LRS and also to a "monthly charge" which is more than double my present broadband charge. I'm reluctant confirm the one-off payment due to the random new monthly charge .
