So I’m an international student and I’ve got a broadband service with BT and due to COVID I’ve left the country. I’m going to be charged. I need to contact BT through email to sort out this situation. Please let me know ASAP about any contact emails. Please no numbers as the charge rates are too high for me to call internationally.

If you set up your BTID you should be able to access your billing details and contract details from MyBT. You can also make a payment from there but as I have said, you will not be able to cancel/pay off the account that way.
