URGENT - can't order online

Hi,

I'm trying to order the student 9 Month Superfast Fibre 2 broadband but always get the error message "We're sorry but we can't process your order at this time. Please call one of our helpful advisors on 0800 800 150". I've tried calling the number but it asks for the number I'm calling about, and I don't have a BT landline number because that's what I'm trying to order so I can't get through. Please can someone help me with this?

Ring 0800 800 150, if asked for a number just ignore it, I think it prompts you twice.

Once connected ask to speak with the 'Easy Assist' team, they can replicate online orders, you may be asked for your student details as the 9 month contracts are for students only.
