I placed my order on 9th November using Uswitch where I was supposed to receive a £120 reward card. Now I have been on the phone to BT many times and they keep telling me to wait a day or wait for someone to get in touch or ask Uswitch but i never hear anything back from them. I’ve contacted uswitch and as it’s done through BT it should be redeemable through BT rewards website. Is there anything I can do as I feel BT keep finding excuses and keep making me wait and are not providing the reward card which was advertised? I have also told customer service I will send them screenshots of the offer I took but they seem to not care to look into it. Any help!!
