Unable to Order online

Good evening,

I am moving shortly to the UK and have been trying to order the Online exclusive deal "Starter with BT sport + Superfast Fibre + Weekend Calls" without success on different browsers. Each time I get the message:

"The connection to the website was reset.
Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE"

Is there a reason for this and is there a way for me to process this order?

Ring 0800 800 150 and ask for the 'Easy Assist' team, they can replicate any online exclusive deals over the phone, If you have a certain promotion or offer then mention it at the time of ordering.

Going by your post, I assume you are not in the UK if you are going to move shortly so if you want to call BT you could try  +44 179 3596931
