I have recently seen the half price off er for BT sport for 12 months, I am a former customer of BT Sport and had it on my Sky Q box. I have tried to order online, however I had the following error.
"There was a problem validating your Sky card – it looks like it's not active yet. Please check the number you've entered and try again."
My card is active and has had BT sport on there before. I have seen that a post before is solved regarding this issue. Can spomeone please look into this for me please?
