In April I tried to access my landline bill using my usual user id and password but access was denied.
I changed my id to my plusnet email address and also changed my password.
Since then I have been in a frustrating loop of:
"Nice, your bt id's activated, your new myBT account awaits. Just login with your BT id"
followed by:
"Your email is not yet verified or your password has not been set. Please check your inbox for a previously sent email.
If you can't find that email you can request a new one" and so on, and so on.
I tried customer services but to no avail.
Please help.
