I have signed up for BT Premium Mail to keep my BT email addresses but cannot activate the account. I click through from the email requesting activation, enter my account no. GB********, click 'Continue' but nothing happens.
I need to add family members to the email account as there is a deadline in September or you lose your email addresses.
I have tried many times to call BT but just can't get through. Eventually I got a no. for Premium Mail 0808 100 6778 but you just get put in a queue, I hung on for 30 mins but gave up as I have no idea how much it's costing, not having a BT provided landline.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks I've tried all that. Have given up. Apparently it's because I am a Premium Mail customer only and not a phone line or TV customer - just wish they'd stop send ing me reminderf emails though!

If it's MyBT you are trying to activate you need to register first
