I had a BT reward card from New broadband contract, card came through OK and I registered it but was able to check my balance but now can't find that option anymore and it's due to expire Pires this month, I tried the Pure card option but doesn't recognise my card number on that site.
Rang helpline and tried live chat but both went to Asian call centre and were useless.

Hi @DoDa Sorry you are unable to check the balance on your Reward Card.
Please contact Purecard directly either by phone or email and they will be able to help you with this.
