Unable to claim MasterCard reward

Good morning,

I recently placed an order for a Superfast Fibre 1 Unlimited package, this was activated by BT on the 17th February 2020. I believe that I should be able to claim a £40 Marks and Spencers card and £80 Mastercard as part of this deal, and I have already managed to claim the M&S card (albeit it hasn't been delivered yet). However, the MasterCard one cannot be found, normally I have tried to go through https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/ but nothing shows up to be claimed.

As the reward is set to expire 3 months after activation date and we're essentially a month down, I would like to find out what appropriate steps can be taken for this to be claimed. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Did you look at the Reward Card Offer Dates - Broadband to see if there was an award on the date you placed your order?

Hi Keith,

Thanks for the quick response, in all honesty it's difficult to remember if I checked this specifically. However, I do remember an initial screen that indicated the £80 mastercard would be part of the deal, similar to the following link:

The order was placed on the 30th January if this helps, I've tried to look around the website but I can't see anything mentioning a specific date this offer was first implemented, although expiry on the deal looks to be this month.

No, nothing for that date.

  • From 31.01.20 until 06.02.20 new to BT customers are eligible for a £100 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded.
  • From 10.01.20 until 16.01.20 new to BT customers are eligible for a £70 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, and a £90 Reward Card when ordering an Ultrafast Fibre 100 or 250 Package. Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded.
