Unable to claim Reward Card (sorry, yes it's another one)

Placed an order for Fibre 1 on 18/11/20 which included an incentive of a £100 Reward Card. The package was activated on 3/12/20, cancellation period has passed, and all is working and the first bill paid.

Despite trying the "Claim Your Reward Card" page several times over the last few weeks, I'm always returned to the bt.com homepage by the link. Managed to track down the "My Rewards" page and there is nothing there. I'd think I imagined it, but fortunately I have a screenshot to prove it!

I'd be extremely grateful if someone could assist me.

I'm sorry for the delay receiving your £100 reward card.  I understand there isn't a reward showing on your online profile to claim.
