I'm trying to add a new mobile phone to my account, but every time I get to the checkout stage, instead of completing the checkout, the site times me out.
I've been trying to do this for weeks, and it's getting really irritating.

Hi @JacqB, I'm sorry about that, have you cleared your cookies and cache in your browser settings? If that doesn't help give the mobile team a call on 0800 800 150 and they'll be able to assist you.
