I am unable to login to MyBT using IE11 so have to use Microsft Edge. I am on Windows 10
Wehen I try to download a bill, even older bills, i am directed to the help page, which is not much help at all!
I have also tried the MyBT App which does the same.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
Why is the BT site so difficult to use? In an effort to improve use BT have only succeeded in maing the user experience really poor.
