Hi I am a Halo 2 customer and would like to upgrade to Unlimited but when I try to order it I am informed that I would have to sent my Wifi disc back if I do. Is this the case? I would like to keep the disc as it is very useful in our house. Is it possible to keep it?

All Halo plans are unlimited usage, check your order confirmation which will state unlimited usage. It's possible you upgraded to Halo from a package with an allowance that never closed correctly, is that the case ? If so a DI (Data Integrity) case can be raised for an easy fix.
