When I try to log in to My BT I get the message 'This page is not working right now'. It has been like this for several weeks. I have spoken to BT and they cannot see anything wrong - they did advised deleting cache and cookies which I have done but it made no difference. Any ideas?

Try a different browser. Some cookies can be quite stubborn and refuse to be deleted
I did try another browser and had same problem. However, I tried on my husband's PC and got in OK. I thought it might be the browser extensions that I have on my laptop so I turned them off but that did not help. I suspect that it must be a security issue but don't know what to try next.
Since I wrote the above, I have updated my Malware software and I seem to be OK now. Sorry to bother you.
