Unable to pay for my bill

My bill fir £55.06 is overdue but I cannot pay it until payday at the end of this month as my Bank Account is in deficit

HI SEJ2,

Sorry you are having trouble with paying your bill. I had a look on the BT help section and it says contact BT as early as possible to discuss having more time to pay. I will include the link.

When they open in a few hours you can contact by phone or online chat here are the details:

The online chat opens at 7am and the phone opens at 8am. There are also some moderators on this forum that can assist but they likely don't start work until 8am or 9am. Hope this helps!
