You would think its in BT's interest to fix this because more people might be enticed to switch/add more services if the feature worked.......

Well I’m no longer a Bt tv customer, gdvrnt been for 15 months now and my broadband contract coming to an end on the 31st

Hi @jedmac Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, do you have a Fibre Voice Access line where your phone plugs into the Openreach FTTP ONT?

Had the same issue since rejoining BT many months ago. I managed to swap my TV package via chat last time but they have now removed that option too so I am stuck with the package I am on. It’s really not the ‘flexible’ TV they advertise.

Call 0800 800 150, totally flexible as advertised

The advertising clearly states TV packages can be fully managed online via the app. That is not the case therefore it is misleading to say simply call an 0800 number which people with disabilities might be unable to do
