I have checked the website and it states that I am in a full fibre network area however when I try to order the Full Fibre 900 package I get the below message.

i think problem is you currently on G.FAST and not FTTP
Yeah I know I am on G.FAST I am trying to upgrade to full fibre which I should be able to get. But the website will not let me update to FTTP. As it states FTTP is available and a new ONT may be ordered. I have even called the options team 0800800030 and they were unable to upgrade me to FTTP.

Thank you for your help I called the FTTP team there was a error on the account blocking the option to order which has been removed. I need to phone them tomorrow when the sales department are open so they can process the order for me.
