Sorry BT I have placed an order with PLusnet to transfer my services to them as my daughter keeps looking at my account and I cannot stop her as she knows all my details.
As its Plusnet anyway, dont be too dissapointed as you own them.
However my daughter started a new account with you on 11/11/2015
As she did the order I have no passwords

How can I get some help
Unfortunately it is not with Plusnet as my daughter cancelled the transfer and reinstated a new account. Presumably if I try to transfer now I get cancellation fees.
