So yesterday I received an email from BT to advise me on an update on your order.
When I checked the email it was an email regarding NOW TV, however I already have this so I logged on to see that NOW TV kids had been added.
This was added without authority by anyone in my household. Who would be able to look into this and get it taken off?

Are you absolutely sure it wasn't ordered by someone via the box? Other than that method someone would need your details to be able to add it
Yes, if there's no payment pin setup then someone could easily purchase it through the box, just an idea on why it may have happened
