Re: Unfair engineer charges! Someone please help!

Thank you very much for your reply, I contacted the ombudsman last week and they told me they haven't received the report from BT yet as to what they believe happened, I asked what happens if they don't reply and I was told they then investigate based on what I've told them but I told them not to hold their breath as I waited nearly 6 weeks for the deadlock letter from BT and that was me chasing them twice a week for it, I have honestly no idea how they are getting away with this sort of behaviour, will keep an update of what happens on here.... Probably in a years time!
