Unfair engineers charge applied

Hi, so an update, openreach have reviewed and advised that they are upholding the charge. What a disgraceful joke. I am complaining to Ofcom now, after that it will be litigation, I'm not letting this drop. Shame the mods on here were unable to assist in the face of all the support received from clearly knowledgeable people. Will let you know the outcome for anyone interested.

Pleased to report that after the complaint being escalated to the highest level that BT have now agreed to refund the charge. Hard work getting there, but worth fighting for what I believed in. Thanks to all who commented and contributed, much appreciated.
