Good morning,
24 months ago I took out a 24 month broadband deal. It came with 6 months free Xbox Ultimate.
At the time I had just bought a 24 month ultimate subscription through Smyths so the 6 months xbox sub from BT was stacked.
Now it's 24 months later, and when I check my game pass subscription it states it's managed by EE/BT and it will expire on 19/06/25.
When I go to myBT there is no mention of xbox ultimate under my products.
I would like to make sure I have auto renew turned off. Additionally I would like to unlink my Xbox account from my by account as i'm likely changing broadband suppliers.
Can someone help please.
