I have a default on a Experian credit report from 9 years ago for £81. I paid the bill in full at the time but it's saying that I haven't. I've called BT and they ask for a account number that I no longer have and all my details phone number address and postcode isn't matching up with anything. Its affecting our mortgage application and I need to get the default removed but BT aren't helping as I don't have the account number. HELP!
