Unwarranted engineer charge

After suffering huge reliability problems with broadband, for which engineers called but didn't effect a cure. We were forced to call an engineer yet again, as the broadband dropped out 20 minutes after the second engineer had left. We had a third visit due to continuing unreliability. On this visit the engineer put a screw back in the master socket (which a previous engineer had left hanging loose).

We seem to suffer from periodic extreme reliability issues, which are still not eradicated, but we have to live with.

We have not done anything to the system which has caused this periodic issue and we feel that being charged for a system malfunction, which is none of our doing, is unfair.

Unless this can be resolved to our satisfaction, we will seriously consider taking our business elsewhere.

We have not done anything to the system which has caused this periodic issue and we feel that being charged £130 for a system malfunction, which is none of our doing, is grossly unfair.

Unless this can be resolved to our satisfaction, we will seriously consider taking our business elsewhere.
