@Annimousey This is a quick update to let you know that we haven't forgotten about you. I'm sorry this is taking longer than we expected to resolve. We're waiting for updates from the bt.com programmers and as soon as we have any news we'll get back to you.

@Annimousey Sorry about the delay getting back to you. The programmers have updated me to say they have had to delete your BT ID and have asked you to set it up again using the create BT ID in MyBT.  Can you give that a try and let me know if it works?
