We have tried to order FTTP but the order was put on hold because the address is apparently not in a fibre area even though the Openreach says it is available. I talked to a rep yesterday who said we would need to get the address updated and recommended that we cancel the order and reorder when it is fixed. In 2013/14 the local council updated rural addresses including ours and while everywhere else has the new updated address the openreach site is still using the old one and I believe this is what is causing the issue. I know I need to get an ORDI submitted but I am unsure how to do this. Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
