I am trying to upgrade my out of contract package, so am trying to choose:
- BT Sport only with HD add-on, 2 items added to basket
- Then I need to upgrade my fibre as it's also out of contract, and it's offering a great Halo 3+ deal, so add that also, and off to checkout
- But on checkout the HD add-on disappears, with no option to re-add it.
So can I just put in the order for BT Sport & Halo 3+, and then add on HD after as a separate add-on on another order? Am I better off doing this on the phone?
